Terms of sale

Bookings are definitives only when you have paid deposit (integral payment for one or two nights stay, percentage of the total price for longer stays).
Phone and e-mail bookings will have to be confirmed by sending  a bank transfer.

Don't send a bank transfer if we don't have confirmed the disponibilities !

No cancellation (for any reason) will permit you to recover your deposit.

Remember : you can rent your room at your arrival in Pralognan, with the computer placed in the entrance of the Hotel, only if rooms are availables.
